I have heard cases where the OC/CA will get nasty with you right before the SOL runs out. By doing the Val. etc, you stop them for a while.
Re: Re: Re: Bauer says estoppel used here sucks estoppel has worked fine for me on a few occasions so far. i think what you need to remember is not to cut and paste the one directly from this site. make your own estoppel letter. These site letters are to be used as a guide, or a starting point to give you an idea of what you need to convey to the CA.
