I enjoy the disputes, I say let it continue. Just don't read what you don't want to, for those that are tired of it. I'm with you, breeze.
Breeze Breeze Breeze!! If that didn't sound like a cheer, it should have!! DON'T STOP posting and don't stop reading...first amendment or not, this board is better with your post... Better for the right to post your thoughts... Better for good or ill wishes (and if you want to respond to them DO SO if not DON'T read em...) Better for the diatribe to express what you feel (Psych doc you R da man) Come on folks lets concentrate on attacking the CRA's and the system rather that ourselves. You ALL have valuable information to add, agree or disagree with, so it all makes me stronger and I thank you all for your input. THANK YOU, -Peace, Dave
It is very amusing, but I would like to see it off the board as well! Of course, I am mostly a lurker and not a long time poster, but that is my opinion.
I vote to let them bicker all they want. There's nothing wrong with getting a little OT and the dialogue between BBauer and Bkev is interesting and often gives me a chuckle. They don't curse each other in their discussions and a good clean argument is better than a violent attack anyday. lb
pbm responded last night asking them both to stop. Specifically he asked bbauer to curb the commercialism, and he asked Bkev to stop the online accusations. Both agreed. Moreover, he asked that they truncate their ever-growing signatures, limiting them to a name, link, and quote. Doc

Agree with Breeze on free speech. Glad Bill is investigating advertising rates. Only right to pay for all the advertising done already. Lots of people are satisfied, paying customers. At 35 a month per head that's got to be a nice revenue stream. But if there's not enough money left over then I'm sure Bill will act with integrity and stop advertising from now on. Only fair to the board. The rest of us are doing this for information's sake and completely and totally for free Bkev has some very valid points... please keep posting and keep pointing out the flaws in Bill's strategy (when Bill does bother to give strategy). I have found Bill to be very receptive to constructive criticism and he certainly adds to the flavor here. He even admits some of his stuff is more theory than practice, but some of his practice certainly works well I think sometimes he's just "thinking out loud" with his ideas and maybe it gets taken too seriously. If we can keep it less personal and more constructive that would help the board... but again, free speech and all. When you degrade to silliness I'll just skip it all. Glad you 2 are still here.
