Bill, My only derog tradelines are scheduled to fall off in March (DOLA is 3/96 from a credit report I pulled 4 years ago). However, all my current reports indicate they will fall off in May of this year. In fact, one CHASE account is double listed with a date of 10/03 as the fall off date. Do I have a case for reaging?
Yes, you have a case, unless you opened another account with Chase. If you have your old credit reports, just call the Reporting Agencies and let them know that you would like to dispute the accounts because they have been re-aged. If you have the old reports, you could send them in for confirmation. Unless there is something that you don't want them to see! I did that and had 2 accounts removed. It worked for me! Discover is still fighting me!
