After being unable to get answers to emails, calls, PlanetFeedbacks, and the website not working, I had to file my first BBB complaint ever today. I will share more later. However, DFS has apparently had similar complaints before. If anyone has experience with Dell sending late bills, not answering phones, ignoring AutoPay related faxes, not putting payment through on time, ignoring emails to their own site, please share it. And consider filing your own complaint so DFS can be more receptive in the future. I'm about to pay my computer off.
