Wards/Monogram sent me a copy of the letter they sent to the BBB. They can not send a copy of the application as they do not retain documention over 25 months. The I2 they are reporting is from 1/95, They did not explain whom made the 30 day past due payment 12/01 on an acount closed 10/98, then changing the last activty date to 12/01. I was able to get the CRA to change back to 10/98.
