    When filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, do you file with your states or the state the CA is located in, or can you do both?

    You want to file a complaint with the state they are in, AND the state they are licensed in.

    Thanks for the info.

    Now, the CA I'm referring to is IC Systems out of St. Paul, Minnesota. So I'd send a complaint to the BBB of MN. I guess they're licensed there as well, however I'm not sure. Anyone know for sure? If they're also licensed there would this (BBB of MN) then be the only BBB I file the complaint with?

    Are they licensed in your state? If not, your state AG might be interested in their activities.

    I'm not sure if they are or not. I'm in Nevada, they're in Minnesota.

    Anyone have a link or website I could use to find out. Otherwise I'll have to make some calls tomorrow.

    <edit>

    I just found my states department of business & industry site / financial institutions division.

    Now under their list, IC Systems is there, with a license #. However, it's a local address, *not* the one out in Minnesota that has the entry on my report.

    I guess this means they're registered/licensed here?
