Beginner, need a pinch of guidance

Okay, I've spent the last week reading these posts, every night. My wife thinks I'm insane. I've checked out Docs tips and Butch etc. I've seen the UN FAQ.

    Here's my question.

I've ordered my CR's. After I receive them, should I

    a) dispute with the CRA's? First?

    b) dispute with the CA and OC's? First?

    or

    c) dispute with both at the same time? What would be the next logical step, or screw logic, the next most sucessful step?

Thanks, this is an awesome group.

Send DV's to the CA's first, CMRRR and when you get the green card back THEN dispute with the CRA's, then if the CA's validate with them before you it's continued collection activity, which is a violation.

    AKA the 1-2 punch ;)

    Good luck!

I'm not receiving any mail about old accounts or anything. No CA's trying to contact me. So I ordered my reports.

going to have all address but current one deleted. (thats my plan at least)

Going to have all erroneous employment deleted ( I hope)

and then start disputing 3 or 4 as "Not mine, please delete) I think please still works right? Ha Ha

Then dispute all negs, slowing, and when they get verified, request from CRA, process of verification and send VAL letters to OC's and CA's that are reporting.

    Is that right???

What is DV? Is that Demand Verification?

For The CAs do as NyteAngel says here.
Send DV's to the CA's first, CMRRR and when you get the green card back THEN dispute with the CRA's

Debt Validation- in other words the Validation letter you send to a CA.

Great, thanks. Anymore tid-bits of info? I've checked out your links, and have been reading quite a lot. Thanks again.

Getting old info removed is important too. Definately see what you can get deleted (before disputing is a good idea, so that way the address info cannot be verified by that data alone). Experian is difficult to deal with on this, though - for addresses at least. TU and EQ have been fairly easy, for me.

You can do this while DV'ng the CA's as they have no reason to pull your report, and have no PP. Wait till you have all green cards back to dispute the Tradelines themselves with the CRA's, though.
