    ok here is the deal

I have a freind in a bad situation

Janet had 25000.00 in credit card debt that she has defaulted on. most are charged off some are still with collection agencys

her husband bob has great credit and many cars and toys that he bought while they were married. his house was bought prior to their marriage. and her name isnt on anything of his, not as an authorized user or anything they even keep totally seperated checking accounts

the questions is, when she goes to court can they attach leins to her husbands property?
can they garnish his wages or his checking account?

    this is in georgia.

    Thanks

    Chris

Since Georgia is nota Community property state, Bob is completely off the hook.
