If you are in reference to some of the many
networking marketing companies who are promoting their programs by offering a "debit" card as a means of inducing people to join their program? The answer is yes in theory, but from my experiences with network marketing and the "debit card" they offer, very few people who sign up, actually receive enough commissions to really use the "debit card," with the exception of maybe the founders of the company.
