I defeated my own purpose by getting a Gold Citibank Card I'm still thrilled to have it but I really need a card that has a great offer for balance transfers! The cards I need to transfer from are Citi which are super high interest (I have an over the limit from a couple months ago) Citi said I am not available for lower interest and I don't even qualify to talk to retention! Who should I apply with for the lowest interest BT? Thanks! AnnMarie
