Does anyone know which card(s) have the best fixed rates for cash advances, preferably with no fees ?
I know Cap One Platinum has a fixed 9.9% rate which also applies to cash advances. I have MBNA Quantum which has a cash advance rate of 13.99% with no fees.

My DMB card is @ 11.49% for advances

My credit union has no fees on advances

If you have a card that will not post as a cash advance use C2it and have a check sent or transfer
    to your bank

    Steve,

If you need cash advances on a regular basis, I'd suggest you have some serious budget problems that need to be addressed. Using a cc to suplement a paycheck is going to lead to serious problems.

Big beacon had the best answer in my opinion. I can honestly say that I have never taken a cash advance ever. I have certainly been in a bind and needed quick cash, I just avoided the hatchet job that many credit card banks will give when you do a cash advance.

May I suggest that you look into the Amex LOC? For more info on the Amex LOC do a search on this board. This would give you access to cash without the account even reporting to the bureaus.
