Best FTC address for writing for dispute?

    Can anyone provide the best address to send letter to FTC for a comlaint against a company? I've went to their site, but is that the genaral address? Thanks

    You are able to file your complaint online, and you will receive a response from them via email in about 2-3 days, generally. Otherwise, the address on their websit is the correct, general address for communication.

    The only exception is if you search the FTC web site and note that the FTC has a settlement with the company that you are complaining about, and your complaint is relevant to that settlement.

    Then use the contact name & FTC address in the settlement documentation.

    I've had phone calls & letters directly from the DIRECTOR level of the FTC using this method. :)

    online, my complaint is more than 2000 characters....... It's with Arrow

    I wasn't able to find an FTC action against Arrow, but I know a number of states which have.

    So, I would write up the dispute as a letter and send it to the FTC.
