Best Rates for MBNA

    Snowed in and bored...waiting on dinner cooked by family..


    So what's the best regular and BT rate anyone has seen on MBNA?

    The best rate for the purchase from MBNA is 10.99% APR for Barne&Nobles Card and 11.99 for the Quantum Card.

    Brenda,

    I got 4.7% BT from Quantum Card and my brother got 1.7% BT for his Garfield Platinium Plus Card.

    We have the 9.9% on MBNA , which currently is our highest regular rate and largest balance of 12K. Does anyone know if they will go lower? I have an email into BofA that requests a BT offer Our CL w/ BofA is 9300/0 balance - can I or should I call MBNA and tell them. I mean imply that I might move the whole balance if they won't reduce my rate further? A concern is that MBNA requires smaller minumums, which might be useful down the road.
