What is the best secured card to go with? I'd like one with a company who after a year or so can turn it into an unsecured...

My scores are very very low:
    EQ- 501
    TU- 489
    EX- 541

    Thank you!

Do you belong to a credit union? I have found them to be very approachable about their policies. You could shop around among your local CU asking loan officers whether they typically grant unsecured credit within one year.

BoA has a secured card program
    Reasonable interest rate and fee
    Reports as secured though
    minimum $300 Limit
After 1 yr, you can ask them to unsecure it!

5/3 has a good one. $300 minimum, $24 annual fee, but has online access and reports as a regular Unsecured card.

2 others that im about to start with are

Fleet - $200 minimum with No annual fee. Online access

National City - $250 minimum, $36 annual fee. Online access.
