Best tactic for two fully paid tradelines with lates? Target/Belks

I want to buy a house in a year with a great interest rate.
I have two fully paid tradelines with several lates each:

    Belks
90 days as of Oct 2000
60 days as of Sep 2000, Aug 2000
30 days as of Mar 2002, Feb 2002, Jul 2000

    Target
60 days as of Jun 2002
30 days as of May 2002

I checked myfico.com and I have a score of 666 partially due to high balances on a couple of cards which I am paying off in 2 weeks and part of it is due to these lates.

In 2003, I sent a goodwill letter via planetfeedback.com to both companies with no luck. Most of the lates with Belks will fall off in a few months but I will be left with 2 30 days with Belks and one 30 and one 60 for Target.
Has anyone had any success with either company? Should I try a nutcase or is that overused at this point?
    thanks

I can't speak with 100% accuracy as to Target but, if you dispute the Belk tradeline through the CRA's, the late notations will be removed. The same result will occur if you write to GE Money Bank's FCRA Department in El Paso and ask them to remove the lates as a matter of courtesy.

I would suggest either of the above for Target as well however, I can't confirm they will comply.
