Just motion the court for it to be stricken as hearsay? What can I expect from the JBD in defense of it? I did not file my own Affidavit, sooooo, I need to get rid of theirs since they cannot find any contract/agreements. Not sure how to write a motion to strike their Affidavit either, any help?
