Best Way to Contact Mr. Cooke...

    I am wondering what is the best way to contact Mr. Cooke at Cap 1 to get a line increase on my cc.

    Also, if it is via email or by letter does anyone have a good template to use.

    Click on -----> I have a complaint.

    Apparently, you now need to register with them if you want to send a letter.

    BTW, the letter will be address to Mr. Fairbanks (CEO) but always goes to Cooke.

    I AGREE!!!

    The BEST way to contact Mr. Cooke is through PFB!

    If you call you will be thwarted because he was not "prepped" with your call. If you PFB him, he will prepare himself, and call YOU back when he is ready and comfortable to call you, (not un-prepared).

    Yes you HAVE to register...they had too many TROLLS and 4 letter words...etc.
