With Experian, I've had success just disputing them online, using "no knowledge of inquiry". TU- I disputed online, first time got back the generic letter saying they don't investigate, tried a second time, waiting for results now... if I get the same letter back, I'm shooting off CRRR a ltr I found on the site with some good legal language.
