Has anyone had any success in filing a complaint with the BBB on a company who refuses to validate?

I just filed my first complaint with the BBB for a company to whom I have written two validation letters and just sent the estoppel letter to. They have a satisfactory record with the BBB, so maybe while they are busy ignoring me they will deal with this complaint? Hope so...next step is going to filing in Federal Court I guess. Just have to give them time to respond to the Estoppel letter.

Over a $51 lousy account that I truly do not believe is mine. I've never had an account with a bookstore...lmbo.

I had a few successes with the BBB on inquiries and small collection accounts. The companies I complained on were in good standing with the BBB and quickly deleted after complaints were filed.
