Hi all. So, when I got home today, there was a big red notice from the constable left on my door. This has never happend to me before, but I assume that I am being sued by somebody, probably one of my evil payday loan companies. There was a nice little blurb advising that I can come by their office and pick up my documents. Weird. Their was a court case # on the back of the card, also. My question is, what do I do, now? I had already made up my mind to file BK. But, since I have not filed yet, how does this red notice factor into it? Any help, suggestions will be appreciated.

Does the notice tell you to go to the CONSTABLES office, or to some other office?

If its the constables office, you need to go there.

If its another office, there is a chance that it could be a false representation that they are serving you with process documents.

How BK factors into it would be for the BK experts.

    Hi there!

Just to let you know the big red piece of paper may be an eviction order...? When I have evicted people from my parents properties that is what the sheriff puts on doors.
