I wanted to give Four20nik a public and official thank you for your help with getting rid of First Premier. I had been thru hell prior to taking Four20nik's advice. -I disputed with all three CRAs many months ago; only Exp verified, Eq and TU deleted. Disputed with Exp until I finally got the 'we will not investigate/previously investigated response) -Found the thread about how Exp auto-verifies all FP accounts, so I wrote Exp and asked for a manula investigation, they responded that they would not investigate. I emailed Four20nik, who encouraged me to call and ask for a manual investigation. A day after calling Exp, it was deleted! And a few days later I got the confirmation of the deletion from Exp. Without God's favor and Four20nik's encouragement, I don't think I would have ever gotten rid of that dang account. THANKS FOUR20NIK!!!!!

Congrats Queen_Bee!!!! Question: Now that we are on the discussion of "Auto Verification" I have been having the same problem with stupid Sears. This damn account is ALWAYS verified by all three CRA like clockwork - is this possiblly a case of auto verification as well? The sad part about this is that it is an OLD chargeoff from 1997 - I just cannot believe how pathetic a company can be to go so far out of their way to keep updating an old account like that. Anyway, is there hope for me as well, do you or anyone else here have any tips for me to make this go away? *******Credit netters are awsome******* Thanks, Sal
Do any of you know what other OC's may be in the "auto Verification" mode? Could Cap 1 or Chase use that as well? HMMMMMMM This whole idea makes perfect sense. Why else would you be down to zero or 1 derog on TU and EQF and still need 5 on EXP. I know they are doing something shifty. Once you get the "previously investigated" letter, I don't know where to turn next.
