Sounds to me ( from what I can gather, the broadcast gets choppy now and then) that Bill is talking down about the estoppel ltr we have seen praised here for so long... something about the case Engelhardt v. Gravens being the wrong case to quote.... or did I hear that wrong? I still do have collections I'm dealing with.. but still I wouldn't know what to ask him either.
I think they're having an intermission. Okay, so I did hear him right. I've had positive results using it so far, don't know why he thinks ill of it.
Is everyone still getting commercials? <edit> It's 10:46PST and it seems the show is over. I've been getting commercials for over 30 minutes. Anyone else listening/getting the same?
I waited until approx 10:55 PST, he never came back. Tried the 800 #, kept ringing, no answer. Maybe Bill will update Doc on his next show. kit, It was interesting enough. However, for most of us, Bill mostly went over info. we have already learned here.

(I understand his ratings are beating Dr. Laura, Rush Limbaugh, AND Larry King combined, lol. People are clearly GROOVING on credit, ahem.) Anyway, it's on shortwave 7415 kHz (that kiloHertz for anyone who wasn't ever lucky enough to be a ham radio operator back in the day). But since that's so staticky, I'll listen to it at http://www.gcnlive.com . . . As we steady ourselves for another night of radio revelry, we anticipate answers to the questions that define our lives and our times: 1) Will Bill Bauer change the name of his site from Creditwrench to CreditWENCH? 2) Is CreditWENCH politically correct? 3) And just who is the CreditWENCH anyway? Re: Bill Bauer radio show (not kidd WBCQ's feed is not the same. Last time I listened they carried only about 3/4 of Bill's broadcast, and at the end suddenly cut to music. Plus the WBCQ feed was very temperamental. I would listen to the GCNLIVE.COM link; that's the studio feed rather than the broadcast station's feed. Doc
