Well, it looks like Bill Bauer finally decided to spend a dime and get some much-needed web site design, LOL. It actually looks great! Link.

I grabbed his photo and "Warhol-ized" it for my desktop wallpaper. It's such a crazy photo, that I couldn't resist.

I sort of want Bill back, too. He always added a lot of flavor to the boards. Not Bkev, though! No way...no how!

I can't imagine PBM starting this many threads on Creditnet!

Hey, PsychDoc...it takes years of training to become a bona-fide graphic designer like me. ($26K in student loans has lead me to believe that) Nice shot though. I think Billy Boy will be proud!

IMHO, there's a reason this site has thousands of registered members, posting actively or not, and the others only have hundreds.

I've not read a credit related website where he has not been banned from posting, save one.

This site also has newbies feeling cozy enough to come out of lurking and ask questions, which I believe is it's strenght.

While I agree B. Bauer has provoking thoughts, from previous postings archived here as well as other message boards, his purpose isn't in helping others as much as promoting his services and including the word creditwrench in as many posts as possible so he will be more accessible via search engines.

I don't like being made to feel stupid for asking questions and being new, even worse is not being responded to and finding the question you were asking on THIS board being discussed on the OTHER with references back to here. Had I wanted to ask on the bauer board, that's where I would have posted.

He baits the respected members of this board into posting on his board and references advice given on this "disinformation board."

Should I have the kahunas to ask another question on this board, I'd prefer someone just call me a dumbshit over here, at least it would be honest and forthright.

LKH, good call. (I'm on aigle's ignore list for saying the guy's web design has improved? Lizardking -- whose contributions to this board have been legion -- is on aigle's ignore list too?)

Let me test this using a word my young son likes to throw at me:

    Aigle, you are a pottyhead.

Hmm, testing one two three, testing one two three. Tap, tap. Nope, no response. My microphone has definitely been cut off. :)
