Stay away from this site, I had their free trial service and then cancelled yet I still got charged the 79.95 this month. They would only give a 60.00 refund even though they show I joined on 3/4 and last logged on 3/11 (when I cancelled, which they don't show).

I received a prompt reply upon emailing to the address you provided. She stated that I should have been issued a full refund as that was their policy and they proceeded to issue the rest of my refund to me. Its nice when you get ahold of someone that offers a little courtesy and has the power to make a decision.
I agree. Stay away from them as a plague!!. They do not respond the phone or e-mail. It´s very very hard to cancel the service after you are enrolled. They sucks!!.
