I am trying to start a corp so my husband can apply for biz credit. We live in Texas and have a construction/carpentry business. It only employs him and his father. I am told we need to set it up as a corp to start obtaining credit without a PG in some places. I need to know what is the difference between and SCorp and CCorp and which one should we start.
