nobody has mentioned secured biz credit cards.Wells Fargo has one.This is good way to build credit if you are starting a new biz.You can also open a biz checking account.After a couple a months, you can try to apply for a loan with no pg's.
Business credit with no PG is difficult for a somewhat new business unless you are going after an Office Depot card for Staples card. Business credit for companies in business for 3-5 years has a much better chance of loans with no PG. Even AMEX on all their small business cards require a PG.
BofA also offers biz secured cards as well. I had the WF biz secured and you can currently earn a good amount of interest on your secured collateral (% varies by state; 2.5% in CA). That's a lot better than most CD's offered.
