Folks, I have a question. I have a bk-13 reporting on all three CRAs that I filed in 1996. Two have me listed as dishcarged and if everything is on target this notation should drop off next year October. My problemis TU has me reported as DIMISSED as oppose to DISCHARGED. I have disputed this three times in the past two years and most recently 30 days ago. It has always come back verfied. My question is, if I leave the TU report as DIMISSED will this notation still drop off next year? I seem to remember that a notation of Dimissed was stay on for 10 years. If that is the case than I will have to get real ugly with TU. For the record the TU notation is not accurate and don't understand how the other two CRAs can get it right and TU can verfiy it three times incorrectly. Thanks in Advance, Mirage
Demand their verification procedures. Inform them that if they do not correct or delete this listing, you will immediately file suit. Easy $1K when you walk in with your discharge papers!!!! LOL
