Thanks to all that have helped so far. I filed BK13 in 2/94 and converted to BK7 in 8/96. EQ shows nothing on report. EXP shows Filling Date: 2/94 Account Status: Bankruptcy 7 petition filed. This item is scheduled to continue on record until 2-2004. TU shows Filling Date: 2/94 Account Status: Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Discharged. It looks like it will drop from EXP 2-2004, but when does the clock start? 7 or 10 years from â??94, or 7 or 10 years from â??96 when I converted. Should I maybe wake a sleeping giant (report to EQ and change to 10 years from 8/96) and try to get this removed from my CR now or wait and hope it drops from both in Feb.? Thanks, Quack
