When I challenged the CRA and had the accounts changed to IIB, will they be listed as BK and be redated? The updates came after discharge, but the filing was much earlier. Shouldn't the dates all be consistent with the BK filing date?
first of all you should have never told the CRA they were included in bankruptcy, because you told them they were your debts and they were included in bankruptcy. the likelihood of ever getting them deleted is slim to none. but to answer your question, yes, they should reflect the same date (if not earlier). when my bankruptcy was reporting, the debts that were included reporting the date of last activity (which was about six months prior to my bankruptcy) with the status as incuded in bankruptcy **/****.
