OK here is something I am trying to find out about Chapter 13 BK's and the date of last activity. I filed a Chapter 13 back in '96. Im using one of my accounts as an example here...My last payment from my checking account made to them was in October of '95. Yet they have the date of my last activity as sometime in 98. I am assuming they are counting the payments made to them through my Ch. 13 BK? Is that legal/correct to report that as the last activity date for my report. Also another of my accounts included in my BK is showing correct information for the date of last activity but for some reason every month they update my credit profile. Shouldnt they stop updating it since the account is closed and should be discharged? Thanks, MistyEyed
