Has anyone had any success in having a 'included in BK' notation removed after the account is paid?? I had a chapter 7 in 1996. I reaffirmed 3 accounts, all store charges, one of them Sears, the others Filene's and Filene's Basement. Sears and Filene's Basement removed the notation immediately when the account was paid and it went in to a positive status. I have been fighting with Filene's for 5 years and they simply keep verify the acount as included in BK. Why bother to pay it, when they will not remove the notation?? Any thoughts? Thanks!
