Can I get the accounts that were in my BK off my report because they were included in BK? They are still on my CR. Some showing still open and VERY delinquent (1999).
I believe mine fell off automatically but I can't remember as it was 12 yrs ago when mine was discharged. I think they said "included in BK" for the longest time and then one day they disappeared.
Your BK was in 99? You can't get them off just because they were IIBK. However, they should be reporting correctly. They should only say IIBK. Should not be listed as open nor delinquent. You can start by disputing as not mine to see what happens. You can also dispute as "don't have an account with ?? that is open, etc.
