What if a person were to somehow be able to get a public record address changed?

What if you sent in docs showing a different address for a particular judgment or BK?

I bet that if that person would then dispute with the bureaus, it would most certainly not be verified.

I mention this because I had 4 BK's on my report.

2 were filed in one city, 2 in another one. But all 4 show the same court.

When I disputed them, 2 immediately fell off leaving the two that the address they send the verfication to was correct.

This could be helpful but I just don't like the illegal implications this may bring. Even if A person wouldn't break any law doing this, I wouldn't have the cahoonas to do such a thing......most likely not..................not sure...............yeah, I'd do it.

You have been filing BK's over the last 24 years??? (4 BKs x 6yr waiting between filings)

    or are these duplicate entries?

I read from your other posts that you have had many problems in the past...but do you really mean 4 Bankruptcies? or 4 judgments?

Your perception of how often one can file BK is off just a little. While it is true that you must wait 6 years from the date of discharge to file another chpt 7 bk, one can file as many chpt 13 bk's as they want.

There is no waiting period for a chpt 13. I had to file 3 times in a row due to objections and because the judge dismissed each one w/o prejudice which gave me the option of coming back to file a 7 if I needed to.

So to answer your question about 24 years the answer is no. It only took me 2 years.

But then again, this was not my original intention of this post was it?
