bk bill still in trouble

    According to www.clla.org they still have a hangup on wording over the abortion clinic isue.

    I promise with all the crap going on with Enron, Worldcom, etc, etc, this bill MAY NEVER see the light of day.

    Really, with the info released about how MBNA bought a congressman, I would hope someone would fight to slow it down.

    Yes, but what Congress may wake up to is how many 401Ks are now worthless and a lot of employees are being kicked out the door at these scandal ridden companies. The last thing I would do, if I were a Congressman (especially a DEM right now) is seem unfriendly to the average joe. This bill is as unfriendly as it gets.
