Ok Im just full of questions tonight... If I have a Chapter 13 BK on my report from February of 1996 and an account included in it was charged off in June of 1995, which date would the 7 year mark go from? I also noticed that some of the accounts that were included in the BK which is discharged are still reporting to my credit report even as early as this past April. Is that legal to do (Account is listed as Included in BK) MistyEyed
Very good news for me if thats true! I have one that goes back a full year before the BK which means it will fall off in a few months anyway. Finally something goes my way... MistyEyed
