I stumbled on this board a few months ago and have learned so much and today I had my first major breakthrough! Experian deleted my BK! Granted it was almost 9 years old, but it's off. I just said not mine (they were off on the amount). I did it all on-line and it worked! Now just the TU and EQX. Thanks all for your help, and good advise. Clau
Great! I've been tempted to do this myself, but I worry saying "not mine". My Bk is scheduled to come off in August this year. Although I do believe they are wrong, our Bk was dismissed in May 92 not August. So I'm not sure what to do.
I would say, "I never filed a BK that was dismissed in August." See what happens. I think the older they are the easier it is to have it removed.
