Here are the questions: 1) online or in writing...and why? 2) dispute related "incl. BK" accounts simultaneously? In same letter? any good language suggestions for the account disputes? 3) Any other tips?
I can only speak for myself here. Junum got quite a few BK related discharged credit card accounts off my reports. I got 2 more off by writing a dispute to one CRA. There are writers here who have reported getting their "public record BK" off their reports. I am not one of them. Best regards, Jim
Did they dispute everything, BK and the accounts, simultaneously in the same letter? ...i figured it wouldn't make much sense to dispute a BK but not the accounts, but who knows?

My "public record BK" only shows on Equifax. Junum challenged this and 6 BK discharged credit card accounts all at one time. The result was that 3 of the credit card accounts were deleted. Regarding all 3 CRA's - I used Junum for 3 rounds and as I said they got quite a few discharged accounts removed. It is just an opinion but... I think it is easier to attack the dischargedaccounts first. Jim
I had success with one CRA only...I did it online at Experian..I only did the BK..nothing else...I wrote "I never had a bankruptcy with XXX" (putting whatever information was not correct in.) Best of luck to you!
