Should TLs before bk still show late, even if they were not included in the BK? Before ever finding this site I disputed almost all the negs on thru experian online. I have several old accts that came back verified, with the late payments still showing. I disputed with the never late option. From all the reading I have done here, I presume that I should first send goodwill letters. Since I already disputed with "never late," can I now use the "not mine" strategy, after the goodwill attempt. Thanks
