I wonder if there is a sister company by the name of Ms. Garrett or Trudy. Sorry . . . had that in my head. Seriously, I don't know anything about these folks. Could try the goodwill approach and dispute it if that fails. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Dispute again with the CRAs, then if it comes back verified, write them a letter asking for how they verified--name and contact information of the person they verified with. Make the dispute specific--wrong dates or amounts, etc (assuming that is it reporting incorrectly). They may not really be verifying the information. If it is reporting correctly, let us know and we'll see if we can come up with something else.
