I sent FCNB a validation letter after this same letter chased off their collection agency. FCNB ignored my letter and then reported the account they say I have with them as "charge off" and paying as agreed (what, seems like a contridiction). I have never paid them and have made no arragements for payment . Yet they have reported this "change" to the credit bureas. Now, if I live in chicago and they are in North Carolina how can I bring them to our small claims juridiction. What should be my next step. The CRA's say they will not reinvestigate because they have already done this and the account is comming back as valid. Need help any body.
