Blocked???

    I tried to sign in to Credit Expert this morning and got this.....

    Your membership is not active. Please call 1-800-787-6864 to contact our Customer Service for assistance. (CM_4101)


    Does it mean they have blocked me?? I am very mad!!!! I paid 79.95 that was just debited from my account!!!!!!!!!

    Oh yeah I am BLOCKED!!!

    I just tried my hubby's account who is still on the free trial and got in...

    Guess they are saying mine disputes are frivulous huh??? That ticks me off when I pay for a service and they have my money and then tell me I am lying more or less!!!!

    I just tried to sign in and got a message saying they're doing a system update. Maybe it was just a glitch when you tried to sign in? Who knows. Wonder what they're up to....

    just went to exp. it says that they are updating their system please try again later

    I was able to get to the score page, but not to the credit report page.

    I still get the message My membership is inactive right from the start.

    On hubbys I can get in and then can't pull the actual report.

    I had disputed 2 accounts after they say they verified them so I am thinking that is the reason they blocked me. I can't call until Monday because their CS is closed but you bet I will keep checking and raise cain if I am blocked. I pay for the service and they got their money..I should be able to see my report no matter what

    It is obviously a mistake. And, I highly doubt they have blocked you for redisputing a couple of accts. Calm down.
