I just called BofA and asked them for an increase. I was at 6300 and they said I could have 10300 and they offered 4.25 BT rate for the life of the transfer. Has anyone else had luck like this? Also, what would you recommend to do on this, I have a motorcycle loan for 8% with my credit union, should I transfer that balance to the BofA and pay 4.25? Or will this screw-up my ratios since I'd be adding 6800 dollars in revolving debt and having 0 on the installment loan. I await your wisedom and opinions. Thanks. I have one other question. With Citibank I have a balance of 2500 with a rate of 9.24 and a balance of 1600 on the Offer 4 with a rate of 0%. If I transfer an amount from the Citibank, I want to transfer the 9.24 balance, will they let me do that or will they automatically release the 0% balance and continue to make me pay on the 9.24 balance. Thanks again!!
BofA platinum and have had it since 08/2002. Thanks on the congrats. Any opinions on the other questions? Call BofA back and say, hey, I know thi sguy who got 4.25 on the life of the transfer and I want that too.
