    Transformed into an HTML document and have posted it on a server for review.

    Please review, comment, and help me correct so I can send PBM a copy suitable for the purpose.

    Looks good, but "estopple" is spelled Estoppel.

    Where is my addition? The HEA link?

    I will correct the Estopple. This version was made prior to your HEA post. I will also add the information that was posted after I made this...
