I received another offers from BofA and they mailed the convenience checks for transferring balances.The rate is 4.75% var (prime rate) and it apply to any balances transferred or convenience checks used on or before March 30,2002, until they are paid in full. My offers has a cash advance fee $50 and my brother's one didn't have any cash advance fee. They may increase my credit limit up to $12,000. Ron.
