Call and ask for an extention if you want (if they will)...and ask to WAIVE the $50.00 fee if you want to do another one. I did the ON-LINE transfer then asked for a $50.00 refund, they said no by E-MAIL...but when I called they WAIVED it with-out asking...
I have 75% utilization of my CL, and don't want to go any higher, as it's pulling my score down as it is...they won't raise my CL until possible Oct. (9 Months from last increase.) Guess that's the price I pay for taking advantage of the good offers
The 9-month rule doesn't seem hard and fast - the way I understand it, it's 9 months for 1st increase, then every 6 months. It also seems that the front-line CS reps can do $1,500 max (if everything is good) - anything more has to go to the credit dept (800-274-5060). -mj
