Last week I received an offer from BofA for their Business Platinum. The back of the offer stated that they did look at my CR to "pre-select" for this offer. I just finished the online process and the message came back that they were not able to immediately give me a decision. I also got an e-mail that stated that they are reviewing my application. This doesn't look good does it? I requested 10K. I currenly have a BofA pplatinum card with a 10.3K limit with a 3800 dollar balance. Any opinions would be great. I wish they would have just told me when I hit the send button. I love BofA and they have given me my biggest CL to date. Thanks anyone and everyone.
I got the same mailing a couple of months ago... it said CL up to $35,000 so that's what I asked for. It took a couple of weeks, but I got the card with the $35,000 limit.
That's why it took so long. They SAID they wrote to me to verify my address, but I never got anything. After my second phone call to them, they just approved the card over the phone.
Thanks. They asked in the application if they could e-mail me their decision. I gave them my address so if they need anything, maybe they will send it to me e-mail. Did you have any other accounts with them and did they pull another roprt on you?
BofA called me today and asked me questions about my business. Like, what it is. I think they did this because on their online application, it asks you what type of business you conduct. They had no catagory for real estate/rental, etc. so I chose "Other". They pulled Experian last Friday. They said they would get back with me. I hope this is a good sign.
