   Anyone know average scores you would need to get a great rate with Bank of America? My wife and I are mid to upper 600'w on all reports. Nothing horrible on any reports. A couple of lates in 2000.

   You need at least 640-650 average from all three bureaus to get lowest interest rate available. No derogs.

   BofA requires a middle score of 660 for conventional mortgages.... or at least that was their requirement about a year ago when I spoke to them.
