To all BofA CC holders who pay online via BofA website:

After you make a payment online, does it still continue to show the original minimum payment amount and due date form your statement on the screen?

I paid my statement balance in full and it shows the payment as being received. But, it still also indicates that the same min pmt and due date as before I made the payment. Other CC's update to say "None Due" and "$0" after the min is satisfied. The phone automated system states the same thing -- your next min pmt is still due. Customer service says this is normal and that it will continue to show that way until next statement is generated.

    Has this been your experience?

    Thanks!

Yes. Even though today is January 16 and I have paid over $3,000 this month, the web site shows payment due of 34.10 and due date January 10.

I contacted customer service about this some time ago, and received a reply that they are aware of the problem and working on it...if you are worred, call the 800 number and it will state no payment is due.
