I just put $4250 on my Bofa Platinum Visa the other day for a surgery I'm having. My Dr's office didn't take my Amex blue cash :p I just did a BT to my Amex card at a 7.99% APR from my Bofa to the Amex card. No big deal. My question is this...

My Bofa will be 9 months old next Saturday, I plan on calling them then for a bigger CL and maybe to see what kind of BT rate they can offer me (I have a different balance to transfer anyway). If they give me the 4.00% transfer rate that I've read some people get, would I be able to transfer BACK the balance I just transferred to Amex?

    Thanks,
    JPARTDQ

Yes, I do that all the time. Uusually, you can't pay an Amex with another Amex.

You are NOT locked into a MINIMUM TRANSFER TIME...transfer it back

BofA "R" was offering 5.99% on purchases too, if you call "R" I would ask for both.
