Received letter from BofA today. They received my PlanetFeedback letter. They are unable to locate a credit card acct under my name (it was my husband's) and want me to mail or fax them a complete copy of the credit report showing the acct in question. Should I do this? I think they cannot find it because the acct # on the cr is not a complete number therefore in my letter it is only a partial number. Please advise, and thanks for your help!

No, but they verified when Experian investigated. I'm sure they didn't have any info but my name and a partial acct # when I sent my PlanetFeedback letter.

    PARTIAL ACCOUNT NUMBER IS FINE!!!

"IF" you send the credit report COVER UP THE STUFF THEY DON'T NEED (before you make a copy)...LIKE ALL THE OTHER ACCOUNTS AND INQUIRES!!!
